Training

The beneficiaries of the training are elected managers and executives of Sol.co Camunia involved in the European project “Supporting the demand and supply side of he market for social enterprise finance”.

Koinon was involved in the planning of two training courses: the first 60 hours course, entitled “Identity training” has been designed with the aim of developing skills related to issues of governance, business and finance cooperative development, and the second of 40 hours, entitled “Communication, marketing and fund raising” was aimed to increase the abilities and skills related to the areas of communication, marketing and fund raising, providing in-depth insights on issues related to the strategic management of the organization within the cooperative.

In addition to classroom training, the Consortium Koinon was entrusted with a 32 hours coaching for four of the ten cooperatives involved in the project and aimed at increasing the skills of these realities in the context of business management.
